Blonde star Ana de Armas was recently seen as a powerhouse agent in the multi-star movie The Gray Man, directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. She helped Ryan Gosling’s Sierra Six to escape Lloyd Hansen throughout the movie. Following the success of her spy flick, the Spanish actress and Chris Evans sat down with Capital to talk about their movie.

During the interview, Armas appreciated the talented actor Regé-Jean Page, who played the primary antagonist in the action drama. During her praise, she also touched upon Page’s current run for being the next bond. Having portrayed the character of Bond girl Paloma in No Time to Die(2021), Armas has a few things about the Bridgerton actor’s candidature for 007.

In a recent conversation with Capital, one of the hosts asked The Gray Man cast Chris Evans and Ana de Armas about their fellow celebrity Regé-Jean Page where he brought the recent news of Page being in the run to be the next James Bond of the franchise. To which Ana replied: “there is talent, there is handsomeness going on and he’s British, so I don’t see why not.” 

After working with him in this action drama, Ana gets to know Page. And she believes that the budding actor has the potential to pull off the iconic role of James Bond. Moreover, the Russo Brothers thought the same way after they saw his fantastic acting as Denny Carmichael in The Gray Man.

In a recent interview with RadioTimes.com, the brothers stated that Regé-Jean Page could possibly be the next James Bond. Charmed by his look and acting, Joe Russo remarked:

“He’s fantastic. I mean, he has more charisma in his pinky than most people do in their entire body.”

The director added that they could imagine him embodying the legendary role in the next installment. However, it is not surprising that the actor is becoming an influential personality in Hollywood because his character of Simon Basset deeply moved the audience and make them fall in love.
