FRIENDS is one of the most loved and crazed about sitcoms. Despite the show ending in 2004, the fans still love the show with the same dedication. During its streaming for 10 years, many actors appeared on the show as guest stars, including Robin Williams. However, some of us couldn’t notice that one of the guest actors was the mother of the pop star, Billie Eilish.
The show is about six adults living in Manhattan, as they indulge in adventures that make their lives both troublesome and happening. As FRIENDS never fails to give us surprises, here is another one when one of the characters was in trouble and Maggie Baird, the 7-time Grammy Award winner’s mother, added to it. It turned out that Maggie Baird appeared on the legendary show as a guest actor in episode 4 of the sixth season.
In the episode titled The One Where Joey Loses His Insurance, Joey (Matt LeBlanc) is already in trouble as he lost his health insurance. He developed a hernia while struggling to find work to earn. As Joey is an actor and he goes on a job hunt, he goes for an audition where he has to pick up the product for which he would be advertising. Because of the hernia pain, he fails to do so and the casting director remained unimpressed. And the casting director is none other than Maggie Baird. One look at the unimpressed Baird and Joey knew he didn’t get the part, so he walks out of the room without another word.
