When it comes to hair, a lot of people overlook this detail, but Sweeney is actually not a natural blonde. However, the Euphoria star never forgets that she is a natural brunette and recently spoke about her hair and her future plans with it.

Nobody knew Sydney Sweeney as a brunette 

It won’t be wrong to say that she is such a talented actress that most people often miss her hair detailing. Every character she’s played has the right hair color for their personality. Apparently, her fans get lost in the character she is playing, that they often overlook her hair color. Be it, Cassie Howard from Euphoria, or Olivia Mossbacher from The White Lotus, this Spokane native has always made a special place in her fans’ hearts.

However, in a recent interview with Yahoo! News, she mentioned that nobody knew her as a brunette. Initially, she got her hair highlighted for Everything Sucks! Although, after that, she went with the complete blonde look in her breakout series Euphoria. The Sharp Objects actress, however, got more roles as a blonde than a brunette. Adding more to being brunette, she said, “I’m back to brunette because the blonde was killing my hair, and I needed to grow it out a little bit.”

Sweeney also stated that going back to her natural hair color helps her feel more like herself. Alongside, she talked about how she is more comfortable in casual clothing, calling herself a “jeans and T-shirt kind of girl.” Of course, she has to, and she does, dress in fashionable clothes. However, whenever she receives a chance to go casual, she becomes the small-town girl she is.

Sweeney will soon appear in Marvel’s Madame Web with Dakota Johnson. Also, she is working on Sony Pictures’ 1960s erotic sci-fi comic Barbarella’s adaptation. Sweeney will be starring opposite Glenn Powell in Will Gluck’s unnamed rom-com.
