Henry Cavill is one of the best actors of today’s generation. We have all seen him in various roles, completely different from each other. From playing Sherlock in Enola Holmes to playing Geralt in the fantasy series The Witcher, Cavill has cemented himself as a very versatile actor. However, one role that initially caught everybody’s attention is Cavill as Clark Kent, a.k.a Superman, in the 2013 film Man of Steel. Thanks to that role, Cavill got his breakthrough. Every director wanted him as the superhero in their movie after his role as Superman.
And Cavill, too, feels strongly about the role. Previously, The Man of Steel revealed how his role in the film is relevant even in real life and why he relates to Superman. The reason behind it is interesting.

What do Superman and Henry Cavill have in common?
After the release of Batman vs. Superman, Henry Cavill, and Amy Adam, a.k.a. Superman and Lois Lane, the fictional on-screen couple, were featured together in an interview. The duo talked about love, life, and complicated relationships. Also, while talking about these concepts, The Man of Steel had an engaging way of explaining them.
Cavill said, “Superman and I have a lot in common. I really want to protect the people I love, and I really try to do the right thing at all times. Sometimes I’m going to mess up your life, but my intentions are to try to be as helpful as possible.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Cavill also talked about the bitter truth of relationships. The Mission Impossible actor explained how people we love would let us down, and sometimes we might let them down too. And in the end, it’s the love that makes the relationship real.

Will we get to see Cavill as Superman again?
Henry Cavill’s future at the DC extended universe has been in the talks for quite some time. Little is known regarding upcoming Superman movies. Previously, Cavill starred in his Kryptonian suit in Zack Snyder’s Justice League. However, there is some hope for Superman fans as Cavill might make a comeback in the upcoming Black Adam starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
