‘Stranger Things’ Actor Sadie Sink Gets Candid About Her First Dream To Come True, Says “That was all that I wanted”

In its course of four blockbuster seasons, Stranger Things got us a myriad of potential and versatile actors who redefined acting in their own ways. One such supernova standout was Sadie Sink who brought Max into life for us. Although Stranger Things gave her the signpost breakthrough in the Industry, her biggest dream was fulfilled ages ago.

In an interview with Teen Vogue, the star talked about her age-old dream that once came true when she was just 10 years old. As an ultimate dream for any other actor in the industry, Sadie too had a great desire for THIS one thing.

Sadie Sink reveals her first ever dream come true moment

When asked about her first dream, Sadie instantly exclaimed about how like any other actor, being on Broadway was her biggest dream to come true. Sink further narrated her first show as Annie on Broadway. She played the title role from 2012-14 following which she played young Elizabeth II in The Audience (2015). Talking about her journey, she exclaimed, “That was all I wanted” and shared how playing on Broadway was her ultimate dream.

Before her massive breakthrough in the fiction drama series, Stranger Things, she worked as a child actress in various shows. Some of them included The Americans where Sink made her first television debut. Her first step in Hollywood movies was in a sports drama film, Chuck of 2016. Further, she continued acting in movies like Eli, Dear Zoe, and Berlin Nobody before finally rising to prominence as Max Mayfield.

Her immediate role prior to MadMax was Ziddy in The Fear Street. The actress got her recognition in mystery and thriller series alongside Maya Hawke. The star once again played as a co-star as Robin against Sadie in the Netflix hit sci-fi thriller series.

At present, Sadie Sink is awaiting the release of her upcoming movie, The Whale. Meanwhile, fans are eager for Stranger Things season 5 to see if her character Max survived Vecna’s onslaught.
