Marriage Over Ecstasy? Pamela Anderson Talks About Her First Encounter With Ex-Husband Tommy Lee
First love is always special. It stays with us like the imprints of human skin. Like many of you, Pamela Anderson, 55, is perhaps on the same page with us. Having started her career in the mid-90s, the Baywatch star has since been referred to as a ‘sex symbol.’ Although she rose to fame with her Playboy magazine cover, such an overt display of feminine attributes came with its own atrocities. Albeit her being an inspiration for many women to pursue a career on a similar path, Anderson was the subject of both harsh gazes and sexual abuse of sorts.
Her martial life, too, has been a roller coaster ride. The actress who recently accused Tim Allen of flashing his dick on her has walked down the aisle five times as of now. And she still stands to be a proud hopeless romantic. Notably, her first husband was Tommy Lee, the Greek-American musician, to whom she was married for three years from 1985 to 1988 and shares two children. Did you know, though, that she agreed to marry him over Ecstasy? Yes, it is true. She recently opened up about it and here is everything you need to know.

Speaking to Dax Shepard on the Armchair Expert podcast, the Vancouver native reportedly opened up about her days of frolic with the drummer. And well, she apparently said yes to him over Molly. Recalling their very first meet Anderson said that he had put a little ecstasy in her drink. Since she had not tried the drug before, she “didn’t even know” what was in her drink. Further explaining the effect, the now 55-year-old said her “skin was melting.”
Moreover, causing a burst of laughter among the hosts, Anderson went on to share that Lee immediately asked if she wanted to marry, and the answer came, “absolutely.” Notably, in the Netflix documentary, Anderson confesses that none of her other five marriages could work out because she was never really able to get over the heartbreak after her first divorce. While she has had many marriages and on-and-off relationships after Tommy Lee, he tied the knot with Brittany Furlan as later as 2017. The two have since remained friends, raising their two sons together.
