What if you made a different choice? Would your life look any different now? This is a question that all of us are guilty of asking ourselves. And this is what forms the crux of Netflix’s latest drama, Look Both Ways. Riverdale’s Lili Reinhart steps out of her role of Betty to lead two different lives in a parallel universe in this movie. But is it worth your time? Let’s find out what the reviews have to say.
What is the movie about?
The Lili Reinhart starrer adds its own little twist to the concept of the multiverse to create a more relatable story that has far less CGI and zero celestial beings. It follows Natalie, who ends up sleeping with her platonic friend, Gabe. On the night of graduation, she does a pregnancy test. This is where the screen splits in two, and we see her life going in two different directions.

Look Both Ways reviews
According to Decider, the movie is “charming, diverting featherweight stuff made ever-so-slightly better by its talented star.” Meanwhile, Time writes: “There’s a comforting idea at the heart of the ruminative romantic comedy Look Both Ways, a suggestion that no life choice is ever the wrong one—everything depends on what you do with that choice.” Firstpost says it’s “slight, simple and surprisingly perceptive.”
The reviews look decidedly positive. Adding to that, IMDb scored the film a 6.4 out of 10, while Rotten Tomatoes gave it a 50% rating. You can make your call based on that or take a look at what fans think of the movie.
