Kim Kardashian Leapfrogs Meghan Markle to Claim the Number One Spot on Spotify
If there is one thing in her professional life for which Meghan Markle has been making headlines, it is her Spotify podcast Archetypes. Since the beginning of her relationship with Prince Harry, Meghan’s personal life has taken the centre stage. The media scrutinizes her moves while people have also taken the liberty to question and troll the former actress for her personal decisions. However, with Archetypes, Meghan Markle has again managed to exhibit her professional side.
The Spotify-exclusive podcast saw a worldwide release in ending August with the sports sensation Serena Williams as the first guest. Further, Meghan also invited Mariah Carey, Mindy Kaling, Margaret Cho, and Lisa Ling to her show as speakers. Archetypes had a grand debut as it became the number-one show across the globe for the first two consecutive weeks. However, the Duchess of Sussex is no longer at the top, as Kim Kardashian has replaced her.

Meghan Markle slips to the fourth position in the rankings
On October 3, the American TV personality launched her much-awaited podcast named Kim Kardashian’s The System: The Case of Kevin Keith. Initially, two episodes were released. The podcast discusses the life of Kevin Keith in detail. Kevin is serving a sentence in prison as an accused in the 1994 triple homicide. The eight-episode series showcases Kim interviewing Kevin’s family members and other experts.
Within a few days of its release, the podcast has managed to beat all other shows to take the number one ranking. Meghan Markle’s Archetypes has slipped to number four. The Joe Rogan Experience has taken second place while Alex Cooper’s Call Me Daddy is in the third slot.

Meghan Markle should not be much surprised by the rankings. The former American actress paused her podcast for almost a month to pay respect to the late Queen Elizabeth II. They released the third episode featuring Mindy Kaling on September 06, while the fourth episode starring Margaret Cho and Lisa Ling was dropped on October 04.
Since the official mourning period has ended, listeners can expect regular updates from the former American actress and Archetypes might regain the top position.
