Jason Bateman Reveals He Almost Ran Over the King of Pop Michael Jackson With His Bike

Bateman met Michael Jackson on the set of Silver Spoons when the actor was around thirteen years old. “We’d need to have our bikes because kids gotta play,” said Jason. The dance legend was there to watch Ricky Schroder. “He was coming onto the stage while we were zooming off and almost took him down,” the actor recalled, throwing the audience into a fit of laughter.

Looks like Jason Bateman has been practicing for Marty Byrde ever since he was a teenager. Not only did Ricky Schroder and his on-screen best friend almost take away Michael Jackson’s moonwalk from him, but decades later, Bateman did not spare the Pop King and hinted at his child s****l abuse controversy while narrating the incident.
