Will James Lively pick up on her parent’s sense of humor? She is, after all, the eldest daughter of superstars Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. The couple has three daughters together named Inez, James, and Betty, with a fourth one on the way. The Deadpool actor married the Gossip Girl actress after his divorce from his former wife, Scarlett Johansson. The couple got hitched in 2012 and stayed together as a unit since then. This means that the family travels together to any shoot of either of the two actors. Thanks to this plan, they get to spend lots of time together as a family and with their daughters. Blake Lively brought out her frank self in 2016 when confessing how her eldest daughter used cuss words unintentionally. During an interview on Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the actress confessed how her daughter minces certain words. “It’s like I have Amy Schumer as a daughter,” while explaining that “One of the more NSFW habits is when she tries to say the word “sit,” she said. Blake added how James would pronounce Shump for Jump, shtand for stand and said, “She’s like, ‘Hey, s–t. Come s–t with me.‘”

There is more to the story. Adding to her parent’s public embarrassment, the little girl would pronounce the S in n socks as C, making it sound like c*cks. Her father being Ryan Reynolds, who is known for his wit and humor, she probably won’t get in trouble with her father. At the time of the interview, Lively was expecting her second baby, which turned out to be daughter Inez.

At present, Lively is pregnant for the fourth time. Meanwhile, Reynolds is gearing up for the release of his musical, Spirited, on November 11, 2022, managing a professional football club, and preparing for Deadpool 3, set to release on November 4th, 2024, also starring Hugh Jackman.
