Dave Bautista distances himself from the Dwayne Johnson comparison
As we all know, Dwayne Johnson was one of the first WWE wrestlers who became incredibly successful and popular in Hollywood. And naturally, people started comparing other wrestler turned actors such as Dave Bautista to Johnson. While the two also share a similar physical structure, it seems like Bautista is adamant that he does not want to be compared to the Rock.
Recently, in an interview with GQ, Bautista revealed how he always wanted to focus on being a better actor in his own right. Furthermore, the Spectre actor continued, “I never wanted to be the next Rock. I just want to be a good f*cking actor. A respected actor.” However, this is not the first time Bautista has given his take on the comparison between different WWE stars turned actors.
