While everyone is hyped about Henry Cavill and his Superman not getting a sequel for Man of Steel, it seems Dwayne Johnson might also be looking for something else. James Gunn and Peter Safran have different visions for the DC’s future ahead. We are almost sure that you are forgetting a Marvel movie starring Ryan Reynolds. That could be another break for The Rock.

As Marvel and DC Universe have been in competition, the scenario is a little different for the world. Because the DC Universe is undergoing a big change, Gunn revealed he would not reprise certain characters, including Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam. Now that the DC’s doors are closed for The Rock, this Reynolds film might bring him into the Marvel Universe.

This Ryan Reynolds film might be the entry door for The Rock

Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson last appeared together in Netflix’s Red Notice along with Gal Gadot. Now, the Wrexham AFC owner will appear in Deadpool 3 in 2024. And people must have forgotten his other sci-fi hit from the last year. This forgotten film could be the door for The Rock to enter into MCU. Do you remember Free Guy? Well, Deadpool 3 reunites the Free Guy team. The director of the film, Shawn Levy, along with Reynolds’ buddy, Hugh Jackman, will reunite in Deadpool 3. All of them were involved in Free Guy, too.

Do you know who else a part of Free Guy was? Yes, it was The Rock. Therefore, would it be possible for the Red Notice co-star to join the Free Guy team in the upcoming Deadpool film? Johnson has portrayed the character of Bank Robber in Free Guy.
