A few weeks back, he started The Pump Daily newsletter for anyone who wants to read his insights on fitness. One of his biggest challenges for the world is to fight obesity. Referencing the World Obesity Federation, he said, “the cost of obesity could run as high as $4.32 trillion per year by 2035.” As per him, the culprit behind it is poor diets and lack of consistency.

One meal or a missed workout isn’t a problem, as long as one jumps back to their regime. As for muscle building, he suggested doing more or longer reps.
