Jada Pinkett Smith has always enjoyed the limelight. She created her own identity before her marriage to Will Smith and acted alongside some big stars like Tom Cruise. She gave some smashing box office hits during the golden era of action movies, one of which was a 2004 action movie that won an Oscar nomination. The critically acclaimed film had a budget of $65 million and earned over $220 million at the box office.
The Michael Mann creation was a two-hour action thriller, with a screenplay by Stuart Beattie, who got this movie’s concept while going home in a taxicab from Sydney airport. The idea was brought to life by casting not only Jada Smith but also other A-list actors like Django Unchained’s Jamie Foxx and Mission Impossible lead Tom Cruise, who is known for performing his own stunts. Considering the success of the movie, Netflix has now added this star-studded thriller back to its list of thrillers.
