Be it “The Boss Baby” or “My Little Pony”, Netflix has been churning out some of the best kids’ content for a long time now. And, not only kids but full-grown adults also seem to enjoy these. One such series which is doing the rounds lately is Maya and the Three. Maya and the Three quotes are not only funny and relatable, but there is a much deeper meaning to every dialogue.

A quick overview

Maya, a warrior princess, celebrates her fifteenth birthday in a world based on pre-colonial Mesoamerica and other indigenous cultures. But all flip when the underworld gods visit and tell her she must pay for her family’s wrongdoings.

If Maya refuses, the gods will destroy the earth, so she sets off on a mission to fulfill a prophecy. The prophecy claims that three warriors would come to assist her in defeating the gods and saving humanity from extinction. Netflix released this Mexican animated fantasy series on October 22, 2021.
