Here, the first NC-17-rated biopic, Blonde, on Netflix has Ana de Armas as the lead actress. The versatile actress took up the role to play the iconic Marilyn Monroe. With her crazy transformation, it is safe to say that she looks like the Diva.

A Cuban actress Ana de Armas plays the woman herself, Marilyn Monroe, in an upcoming biopic on Netflix. Looking at the long-awaited glimpse of the movie, we can see the actress portraying Marilyn in the best way possible. The actress claims it was difficult to be the legend herself. The transformation was challenging, but Ana has done a fabulous job here.

The movie is based on a bestselling historical novel by Joyce Carol Oates, which narrates the innermost life of Marilyn Monroe. Then the content of the movie might be offensive to the viewers. Therefore, it had to go through the cuts and became the very first Netflix original movie that got such a rating. However, it makes sense to present creation with the rating as it might impact the young minds negatively.

Marilyn Monroe was a young actress who became a famous sex symbol in the 1950s and early 1960s. She suffered from mental illness, drugs, and alcohol addiction. Ironically, she died at 36 because of an overdose of a drug.

Besides Blonde, the actor has also another upcoming Netflix movie. Ana will also appear in The Duffer Brothers-directed, The Gray Man on July 15, 2022.
