Manifest is officially back after the heart-wrenching ending of season 3. Not only that, but we also got a bumper-size final edition split into two parts. The full-size trailer is due in October to show what the endgame will be about. Part 1 of Season 4 will be released on the 4th of November, so all we can do is wait.

However, the teaser trailer has given us enough information to dive deep into the season. Many have already got the hints, and we have tons of fan theories that make sense. And all of them point toward an apocalyptic end to the story. So let’s find out what is actually going on with the old 828 crew and where the show’s heading up.

Why should we expect an apocalyptic ending in the final season of Manifest?

As much as it could be inferred from the season three finale, an apocalyptic ending to the show is all we can expect. The Eureka science team also forms a similar theory for the anticipated season. If you remember, in the previous season, the team had discovered that Noah’s Ark went through some uncannily similar occurrences that flight 828 went through back in 2013. Hence considering season 3 implicit ideas and theories for the final swing, it is only wise to stay prepared for a lethal and disastrous ending in any way.

The snowy looks at the cemetery, all of them bent at the house as more cops come to the door, and Mick and Zeke say they are running out of time to provide sufficient evidence for upcoming destruction. However, Thank God Fancy boy is still around, at least in the first part. There will surely be a huge time-lapse straight to the end of the five-and-a-half-year death date. And lastly, the shadow volcano has to be a direct reference to the driftwood and mount aurora. But again, the teaser is only 38 seconds so maybe let’s wait for the trailer to drop to have a more narrowed vision.
