A film set becomes its own family in a way. There’s a connection amongst the cast that binds them all together, especially when they work as a team towards achieving the top for years. The same is the case with our beloved Stranger Things stars who have been with each other since 2016 when the show made its way to the American streaming giant for the first time. Here’s a short video segment that reflects the bond they share.

Recently, a video surfaced on the internet, which clearly shows how they miss the star. We all missed Barb after she was sucked into the Upside Down through mysterious means under bizarre circumstances in season 1. But the cast missed her much more than we ever could.
Long ago, in a San Diego Comic-con presentation, Shannon Purser aka Barb pranked the stars posing herself with the audience. The stars were awestruck and cheered their hearts out for their co-star. The fans were elated and it was one of the best wholesome moments we could ever witness.
Much to our dismay, Barb’s journey with us wasn’t long-term. At the event, imitating a fan, Shannon humorously asked if Barb’s going to be in the following season but sadly, our bestie would be in the clutches of Vecna around that time.
Die-hard fans are impossible to convince
The real ones know the significance of such Golden side characters of Strangers Things and haven’t stopped mourning over the loss of the same. It’s actually always them who fuel the flames of the perpetuity of shows like Stranger Things. Throwback to the time when Twitter was flooded with fans on a collective outrage for Justice for Barb.

Remember how the stranger things guys were taken aback by how much people liked Barb and went “there will be justice for Barb” and then in season 2 it’s just like “she really is dead, a few people miss her, also her parents are getting scammed”

7 days because math is hard!
Stranger Things is a hit or miss for people. I am a huge film fan and the 80s styles that ST imitates brings all of the nostalgia feels. Barb was a textbook 80s film casualty. Sad face.
Beer and trapper keeper. Classic childhood.

No questions about the efforts given by the main leading faces of the show but the side characters have always been the pillars that the show rests upon. Not only Barb but many other significant characters like Mr. Clark the science teacher and the member of the A.V club who guides the gang all throughout. The parents of our Hawkins heroes who even if do not have a specific role, barely make an appearance on the screen. They make the show wholesome giving it a familiar essence. Sadly, no matter how badly we would want such best characters to come back, we ain’t going to have some of them ever again.
