Julia won her first Emmy in the year 2019 for Best Supporting Actress in a leading drama series unquestionably for Ozark. Soon after which, the pandemic broke out, and things had to take an online turn. However, this didn’t stop the team, and the actress forged ahead to bag her second consecutive Emmy once again for Best Supporting Actress in the series.

The Television Academy had hosted an online event and a hilarious moment caught the viewers’ attention. In the live award show, when Garner was acknowledging the entire team for winning the Emmy for the second time, she, by mistake, forgot to acknowledge her own husband, who was sitting right next to her.

The star thanked the entire team, the cast, the crew, the directors, Jason Bateman, Showrunner Chris Mundy, co-actor Laura, and everyone else, except Mark Foster, whose hand she was holding onto all the while. However, she didn’t miss a beat and covered it swiftly enough towards the end by addressing him as her husband and the entire family. But the nervousness and chills clearly dawned on the star as she was all red after her massive win.
Her husband, Mark Foster, is a lead singer and musician of the famous Foster the people music band. The band recently came into massive limelight after their music album, called Pumped up kicks, went viral in the United States. Mark met his future wife at the Sundance Film Festival, where her horror film, We Are What We Are, was making its debut. The couple tied a knot after years of dating and is currently one of Hollywood’s most cherished couples.
