Jacob takes a dig at Millie Bobby Brown and Drake through his song

In November 2018, Jacob Sartorius released a track called We’re Not Friends. In a Billboard interview, the singer revealed that song is “about being in that position where you want to be more than friends with somebody, and you’re just done hearing about the other guys she’s been with or trying to be with.

Jacob labeled it as a friend zone song, but its lyrics suggested otherwise. The line “Girl, I wanna give you more than good advice,” comes in the chorus of the song. The term “good advice” might have been used to call out the friendship between Millie Bobby Brown and Drake.

The Enola Holmes star stunned the industry in September 2018 by mentioning her friendship with the Canadian rapper. In an interview with Access, Millie Bobby Brown revealed that she was a constant touch of Drake and they texted each other a lot. When asked about what they talk about considering their big age gap, the actress claimed that she received a lot of good advice regarding the boys.

Now, it is not hard to put two and two together to understand what Jacob was referring to as good advice in his song. Do you think Drake was one of the reasons behind the split between Brown and the American singer? Let us know in the comments.
