Sadie Sink, the star of Stranger Things, has joined the cast of the forthcoming suspense film Berlin Nobody. The film, which just began filming in Berlin, will star Australian actor Eric Bana and Sylvia Hoeks from Blade Runner 2049. The 2015 book Tokyo by author Nicholas Hogg served as the inspiration for the film. Jordan Scott will direct the film. The Whale, starring Brendan Fraser and Sink, had its world premiere at the 79th Venice International Film Festival.

And now Sadie seemed to have replaced another of Netflix’s massive stars in this film. It’s none other than Kiernan Shipka from yet again Netflix’s hit show Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. For those who do not know, this show is based on Archie’s comic book series of the same name. It’s a spooky coming-of-age drama filled with terror, dread, and witchcraft. But what is Kiernan Shipka doing now? Let’s find out.

Sadie Sink vs Kiernen Shipka

Kiernan Shipka was supposed to co-star in Berlin Nobody with Sink in the role Sink now has. As Sink replaced her, Shipka has joined Dwayne Johnson and Chris Evans in the holiday action comedy Red One. Amazon Prime Video produces the film. Hiram Garcia, president of Johnson’s Seven Buck Productions, came up with the idea for the movie. The Rock previously characterized it as “Hobbs-meets Miracle on 34th Street.” The streamer won the project last year following a fierce bidding battle.

The narrative of Berlin Nobody centers on social psychologist and American ex-pat Ben Monroe, who moves to Berlin to continue his study on the scourge of cult mentality. His rebellious teenage daughter, Mazzy (Sink), gets involved with a strange and intriguing local guy while he immerses himself in German cultism.
