Sydney Sweeney got a big chunk of her popularity from playing Cassie Howard on HBO’s Euphoria. Although the actress did several successful movies and TV shows, including The White Lotus, after that, she will always rule people’s hearts as Cassie. Turns out, however, Sweeney herself is amazed by a co-star on the show.

One thing about Sweeney’s character from the show is that she has a unique relationship with another of the show’s very popular characters. Where most people might think that it is Rue Benett played by Zendaya, it is actually Alexa Demie AKA Maddy Perez. In real life, one of her co-stars is someone the actress is in awe of and it’s not the Spider-Man: Homecoming fame.

The 25-year-old actress recently talked about Alexa Demie and mentioned that she was really impressed by her. The White Lotus actress went on praising Demie and mentioned, “She just rocks whatever she has going on… I’m always so captivated by that. I hope that I can kind of take a little bit of her confidence one day.”

The characters Sweeney and Demie play on the show are poles apart. It won’t be wrong to say that they share a “Will they, won’t they?” kind of friendship on the show. Regardless, Sydney Sweeney and Alexa Demie are real-life friendship goals. What the 25-year-old Washington native finds really impressive about her costar is her confidence in her look. Actually, she answered this in response to a question by People magazine that what beauty tip by a costar is stuck with her.

There have only been two seasons of Disney’s series Euphoria, but it has gained an enormous fanbase with a total of 18 episodes. The show has drawn so many awards, including Zendaya winning the recently held Critics Choice Awards for the show while Sweeney was nominated twice for Emmys.

Sweeney is soon going to appear in a rom-com with Glen Powell, which will be directed by Will Gluck. She also became the face of Armani’s My Way. Things are only looking up for the actress.
