The Free Guy actor has been all over social media, promoting his businesses and movies actively. The actor, who made his transition from comedy movies to action films, perfectly created a balance of both in Deadpool.
The actor definitely got his due credit as he recently became a recipient of the American Cinematheque Award. Joining him in his celebration were his wife Blake Lively, his mother Tammy, and Will Ferrell. After the function, Ryan Reynolds revealed what his real wishlist was and how it became true.

Ryan Reynolds on ticking off his wishlist
Ryan Reynolds had a very sweet celebration as he won the American Cinematheque Award. He later appears to talk about it on Fox News Digital. On accomplishments and wishlists, he said, “Working with Will has been a bucket list item for me forever.” The actor credited Ferrell for being one of the greatest comedians of our times. He also added how The Campaign actor has contributed more to the comedic cinema than other actors combined.

Ferrel is undoubtedly the King of Christmas and brings in the Christmas spirit each year around the holiday season. He has been in movies like Elf, Daddy’s Home, Elf Clause, etc. The actor, who is great friends with Ryan Reynolds, gave a sweet speech during the latter’s American Cinematheque Award event. The Free Guy actor and Will Ferrell worked for the first time on their Christmas musical movie Spirited.
The movie brings into life their version of Charles Dickens’ novella A Christmas Carol. The musical movie was a new first experience for Ryan Reynolds. Together, they took training for months to perfect the remake, especially the dance sequences. The Ted actor agrees that the movie comes as an opportunity of a lifetime.

Meanwhile, he is also busy with his 2024 movie Deadpool 3, which is making a lot of rage everywhere. Bringing Hugh Jackman to work along was also definitely a wish for Reynolds that came true.
