There is a reason why Hollywood has dubbed Ryan Reynolds as Mr. Funny. He is witty on-screen and off-screen. For Christmas, he gifted his fans a reimagining of the classic A Christmas Carol, Spirited. The family musical comedy is also his first stab at a musical. While the comic elements in the flick were great, the actor really shines in adult comedies where his jokes are uncensored. 

Reynolds’ decision to bring Deadpool to the big screen in 2016 was probably the best decision of his career. The meta humor and r-rated jokes in a superhero movie were a crowd puller. The blockbuster spawned a sequel in 2018 and a threequel is on its way. Now the actor has announced the holidays in a very Deadpool way.

With Thanksgiving gone and Christmas coming, Ryan Reynolds made sure to wish his fans happy holidays. But he did it in a very Deadpool-like manner. In the clip taken from the Deadpool movie, the actor says, “If your left leg is Thanksgiving and your right leg is Christmas, can I visit you between the holidays?” to his on-screen girlfriend. The NSFW video is hilarious and only Ryan can think of doing something like this to announce the beginning of the holiday season. 

Previously, when it was Stray Kids’ leader, Bang Chan’s birthday, the Definitely, Maybe star shared a clip from his Free Guy movie merged with Bang Chan dancing to wish him. The hilarious video garnered thousands of likes and comments and rendered the Canadian to the hearts of the Strays. He and his digital marketing agency, Maximum Effort, together create and share such funny clips.

Who can forget the Deadpool 3 announcement video and Hugh Jackman’s return to the role of Wolverine? The actor had dropped the big news in a similar fashion. Jackman had reportedly regretted his decision to retire as Wolverine. And he wanted to do something as fun as Deadpool.
