Starring as a prince named Oberyn Martell in the fantasy series Game of Thrones he rose to prominence. Well, it looks like was just a head start for this talented man who aims to become legendary like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone with his bounty hunter.
In an interaction with BBC Newsround, the 47-year-old revealed that he is planning to stick with the highly acclaimed franchise The Mandalorian. Pedro Pascal once again reprised his role of Din Djarin in the latest season of the space western series. All the admirers had their queries about how long will they get to see the character. Putting their suspicions to rest, the Narcos star confirmed that he won’t be leaving his beloved bounty hunter anytime soon.

“I think I will be playing the Mandalorian for the rest of my life,” stated the Wonder Woman 1984 actor. Seeing his deep connection with the character it appears that Pascal will follow the same path that our 90s superstars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone took. We all know how the retired bodybuilder ruled the action genre for decades starring in the Terminator franchise.
Stallone also achieved his greatest critical and commercial success playing Rocky Balboa in the Rocky series. Therefore, one can see why Pedro Pascal does not wish to drop the mantle of the compassionate bounty hunter in his lifetime.

The show creator Jon Favreau recently sat down with Total Film to talk about the journey of Season 3. During the conversation, the filmmaker revealed that he has no plans to close this storyline in the near future. He loves all the characters and things they get to explore through this live-action series.

“I really love telling stories in their voice, and I love the way the adventures unfold, and I’m looking forward to doing much more,” explained The Lion King director.
The Mandalorian team has started working on season 4 so we can certainly imagine the turn this franchise might take in the future. It is fascinating to see how this show has influenced all the people working whether it is the lead actor or the creator himself.
