A character that was to bid adieu long back in season 1; today stands as one of the loved characters from the Netflix show. Steve Harrington, played by Joe Keery, from Stranger Things, has truly been one of the best things that came out of the series, apart from several brilliant stars in Millie Bobby Brown, Sadie Sink, Finn Wolfhard, etc. However, it is only Steve that every fan of the show unanimously loved, along with his best friend, Dustin, of course.

Hence, it is no surprise that fans are going all crazy about yet another season of Stranger Things with Steve Harrington. For someone who initially started off as nothing but a douchebag on the show, Steve has indeed secured himself a rather beautiful arc. And a lot of it has to do with the sheer dedication and life Joe Keery brought to the role, which made him the fan-favorite. From being the voice of affirmation for Robin and making her realize the importance of listening to herself, to being a little possessive of his little friend Dustin. Steve has truly won our hearts every single time he appeared on the screen.

The lessons he teaches his friends while being an absolutely adorable and funny guy are really one of the best qualities one can possess. He tells Robin how she does not have to pretend like she is someone else to get attention from anyone. Or the lesson about humility to Dustin, where he says, “honestly Henderson, a little humility every now and then wouldn’t hurt you. ”

And, of course, who can forget the “shirtless Steve” from the episode titled “The Dive”. From being the acclaimed babysitter to someone who would make all our jaws drop!
