Netflix Brings ‘Riverdale’ and ‘Stranger Things’ Together to ‘Do Revenge’
Both Riverdale and Stranger Things have winded down after airing their respective seasons this year. But if you have been missing the two stars, Riverdale’s Camila Mendes and Stranger Things’ Maya Hawke, don’t worry. The two stars will come back to you sooner than you expected. The setting is an elite private high school, but don’t mistake this as another Clueless or Mean Girls. The girls aren’t focused on turning themselves into fashionistas to fit in with the popular cliche, but they are here to do some damage to the ones that have wronged them.

What do you do when someone has done you wrong? You Do Revenge. And that’s how the teaser trailer for Netflix’s latest teen dark comedy starts. Camila instigates Maya to take some action against the perpetrators and after a little outburst from Maya, the two join hands. We also get a glimpse at the smirking face of Austin Abrams who has no regrets for what he did to his girlfriend.
From the trailer, we can’t exactly tell how far the two will go in exact revenge, but one thing they won’t be considered on their revenge spree is proper grammar.

Drea (Camila) wants to take revenge on her boyfriend, Max (Abrams) for breaking her trust and leaking her sex tape. On other hand, a vicious rumor has damaged Eleanor’s (Maya) reputation. Realizing that they have the same goal, the two teenagers team up. The ones that have wronged them have no idea what’s coming for them.
Thor: Love and Thunder writer Jennifer Kaytin Robinson is helming the movie. Jonathan Daviss, Alisha Boe, Paris Berelc, Sophia Turner, Taila Ryder, Rish Shah, Maia Reficco, and Ava Capri also star alongside Hawke and Mendes.
To see more of the two, and their plans we’ll have to wait for the streamer to release the full trailer. But surely, this comedic trailer has piqued our interest already.
