Long Before Meeting Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Had Already Seen Her Infamous Megxit Coming
The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has had a rollercoaster journey ever since she stepped into the royal family. With all the stringent protocols and formalities taking a toll on her after having married the Duke, Prince Harry, they ultimately had to give up on their royal base, which they call the infamous Megxit. But did you know that Markle actually had an idea of the same way back in 2015?
It is not unknown a fact that the former American actress had been quite outspoken about her own ideas and virtues. Manifesting the same, she had a website to herself where she kept uploading many of her intellectual thoughts and opinions to the public. Apart from The Tig, which also happens to be in news for its age-old now turned controversial archives, she sat with many interviews to lay bare her naked thoughts.

Speaking in one such interview with Instyle in 2015, Markle gave her two cents on being a “girl boss” and how aspiring to become one can actually lead to you becoming one in real life. “I think the biggest part of being a girl boss in the office… is just knowing your value,” affirmed the Suits star back in the day. As we grow older, she further elaborated, we tend to become more comfortable within ourselves. The same further empowers us to stand against things against our virtues, she added.
Speaking of achieving success and its ways, Markle then explained that it is extremely important to really get along with your team. Because she believed that communication was a significant “part of what’s going to bring you a higher level of success.”

How did Meghan Markle channel her girl-boss views into Megxit?
The link between Markle’s self-empowering virtues and the Megxit was clearly explained by the Duchess herself in the infamous Oprah Winfrey interview. Moreover, regardless of what she said, her and the Prince’s actions clearly depicted how both of them strongly second what Markle had affirmed five years ago.
Giving up on your royal family and settling down in a different nation with a one-year-old was not an easy task. But as she had said in the interview, Markle knew her worth. And so did Prince Harry. That is when the duo decided that it was time they move out of there.
