Amidst WNBA Star Brittney Griner Release, Kanye West Asserted He Intends to ‘free all America prisoners held abroad’
After a decade (pun intended) full of controversies, rants, and even earning an exile from the lands of Twitter, it seems like Kanye West (Ye) is finally up for some prickings of conscience. He has notably been talking about his love for America. Although it appears that Ye does not intend to flicker from his earlier statements on the Jewish community and calling out many celebrities, including ex-wife Kim Kardashian, he wants America to be the commanding nation it is right now.

The musician not only aims to build homeless shelters but also the cities of the future from the fortune he has earned over time. Notably, in a recent discussion, he talked about his intention to meet the Russian president and if it is related to the American NBA player, Brittney Griner’s release from the Russian prison in exchange for a Russian prisoner captured in America.

Apparently, Ye had reportedly signed a document that clearly read that the rapper agrees to sit with Russian President Vladimir Putin and even hold a personal concert for him, discussing various problems not limited to Brittney Griner, American athlete who was arrested earlier for carrying cannabis oil in Moscow.

Finally, opening up about it at Clubhouse Live the Yeezy brand owner suggested he intends to “free all America prisoners held abroad.” Ye accepted no compensation from the Russian Government whatsoever and “signed the document for public distribution.” The Donda Academy owner further asserted that he ” planned to consult the state department before the meeting.”

A few days back, NFL reporter Chris Law took to social media and suggested his way of getting Griner back from Russia. He proposed to trade American rapper, Kanye West and former Bucs WR, Antonio Brown for Griner. And on Thursday, the US government finally sought her release in exchange for Viktor Bout, a Russian arms dealer, held captive in America. The NBA player was reportedly found guilty in August of trying to smuggle illegal cannabis into Russia and was sentenced to nine years in a penal colony.
