Kanye West is perhaps one of the most interesting celebrities out there. His creative genius and entrepreneurial spirit have made him extremely successful. Coming from humble beginnings, Ye has made a name for himself across the industry; whether it is his music or his many brands like Yeezy and Donda. While hardly anyone can question his professional life, Kanye’s personal life often makes the headlines. We are obviously talking about his marriage to social media star, Kim Kardashian, followed by their eventual split.

The divorce was obviously hard on The Dark Fantasy artist, especially when Kim dated comedian Pete Davidson. Much to West’s delight, Kardashian and Davidson finally called it quits a couple of months back. In fact, Kim is moving to a new house in Malibu, in close proximity to Kanye West‘s property. The thrilled musician is trying his best to make this transition as smooth as possible for his ex-wife.

Kim K recently bought a $70 Million house in a prime location of Malibu. The City of Gods singer is absolutely elated to have his ex-wife move closer to his own residence. The KKW founder apparently even got Kanye West’s advice before purchasing the lavish property. According to an insider source, “Kanye has offered to help Kim renovate.”

However, the Keeping up with the Kardashian star “ feels like handling things on her own” this time around. Although she does have a house adjoining her Hidden Hills property, this is the first house the American socialite has bought for herself following her breakup with West. “As much as she appreciates the gesture,” by Ye, Kim endeavors to take charge of her life. “She wants to be totally hands on with decorating and everything,” revealed the source.

One of the major reasons for the move for the ex-couple was ease in co-parenting their four kids. It is paramount for them that their “children know how much they are loved by both parents,” disclosed the insider. Despite being situated near each other, the new house is still isn’t “too close for comfort.” Both the stars will still be able to enjoy their own private lives without a feeling of intrusion from the other.
