Kanye West talked of jail and Kim Kardashian in his latest album
Amid some controversial statements in public, Ye returned with a musical album in 2021. His latest one was Donda, which was named after his late mother. Out of the list, one song, in particular, was rather a revelation into his life and mind. Welcome to My Life explored his home in Calabasas with his former wife Kim Kardashian. He compared leaving the home shared with his ex-wife, to being freed from jail. The lyrics of the song go like this, “Tell the assassins I escaped from Calabasas.” The song was supposed to be a depiction of his stormy marriage, failed Presidential campaign, and the Twitter meltdown.

In fact, the entertainer had a dramatic breakdown while performing this song. Ye was seen pausing before he began to cry. A close source said, “He talks about the kids and mentions her taking everything.” West has been through a lot after separating from his children. But many claim that the celeb went into a visibly deep depression after his beloved mother passed away in 2007 due to a surgery gone wrong.

He is currently in a divorce proceeding with Kardashian as the two fight over splitting wealth and the custody of their children. Amidst his latest controversies, fashion brands have cut ties with the singer. But this has now extended to his music as well. Apparently, the SoFi stadium canceled his show to protest again his debacles.
