Ryan Reynolds has remained occupied as a Hollywood star for decades as viewers love his acting. The Vancouver-born actor started acting professionally in 1991 and never slowed down for a moment. From The Proposal to Deadpool to Free Guy, he has always astounded fans with his impeccable talent. So when the 45-year-old actor had revealed he will be taking a break from acting in 2021, it came as a shock to people.

But his reason was way more important since bringing out time for ourselves amidst the race of life is essential. And Just like Ryan Reynolds, the MCU star Chris Hemsworth is to take a ‘Sabbatical’ from acting. Why did the 39-year-old star make a sudden announcement about taking time off work?

Ryan Reynolds took a break from work last year as he revealed on his Instagram. He stated that he wanted some quality time with his daughters and wife, Blake Lively. The couple shares three adorable girls James, 7, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.

“I think it’s totally important for their development and I really enjoy being a present dad. I love taking them to school in the morning, I love picking them up,” explained the Red Notice star.

Just like him, Chris Hemsworth is planning to take a break from work as he recently told Vanity Fair. In an exclusive interview, the actor revealed that he has a gene makeup that could result in Alzheimer’s disease. The Australian actor said that this disease runs in the family and it 8 or 10 times more likely he will develop it, but he is not giving up his career, added the beloved Marvel star.

“It’s not a pre-deterministic gene, but it is a strong indication. Ten years ago, I think it was more thought of as determinant,” revealed the Love and Thunder star. Chris has recently finished the shooting of Limitless and this show was the reason he discovered his condition. The ending of the show inspired him to take a peaceful break from all this. Therefore, the Spiderhead star will be going home and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
