During his recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Justice League actor revealed he was part of a celebrity Wordle group. The group includes stars like Bradley Cooper, Matt Damon, and Jason Bateman. After spending time on an online game, Octordle, the actor joined the group. While talking about it, he talked about how he go Covid a couple of times. During the pandemic, the actor did not have the energy to pick his phone up and play the game. However, his love for words did not fade.

Rather, it led him to get the invitation from a cool little red velvet rope celebrity Wordle group. He also described the rules of the game among which the first rule is not to talk about Wordle. Because the actor used to do crossword puzzles passionately, he became good at word games but he was humbled. “It’s fiercely competitive, and there’s a lot of mockery and derision,” revealed Affleck to The Hollywood Reporter.

All the competition couldn’t, however, dissuade the Batman actor because he loves the word game.

While talking about the game with Bateman and co, he explained how the player has to go through various stages. First one has to do the Wordle, then the Quordle, and then comes the Octordle. One has to gather their scores following the winner with the lowest score. It also has different versions as well. One of which is specifically made for Taylor Swift fans. The name of the game is Taylordle.

Airportle is also another version of the game for the lover of airports as well. When the actor first joined the group, he was sure he would fair well, but he was in for a rude awakening. So revealing himself as a trainee still, the actor made his fans aware of his other side. Meanwhile, elsewhere in the same interview, the actor touched upon why he was not on Instagram, unlike his wife Jennifer Lopez.
