The feud between Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman is taking its flight to a next level. Deadpool and Wolverine started the war before they even met during the X-Men films. Both actors attack each other with some deadly jokes to keep their fans in the loop of their ongoing war. Now, the Logan actor has revealed his plans regarding Wrexham AFC just to get back at his fellow actor.

After the Deadpool actor became the co-owner of the third oldest professional football club, Jackman also got some offers to buy the rival football teams. Recently, when Jackman appeared on Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, he talked about many things, including football. The interviewer asked him if he would like to buy the rival team, Manchester United, as the team is up for a sale.

Jackman admitted being tempted after getting offers to buy the rival team for just £1 pound. However, the actor has decided to go one step further. During the interaction, Jackman revealed, “I think if I really want to stick it to Ryan Reynolds, then if Wrexham gets to play Norwich. I think it’d be best if I was heading in the winner.”

The Wolverine fame is actually considering playing in the field to score against Wrexham AFC. Jackman revealed that when he was with Michael B. Jordan, he shared the thought about how easy it is for an outsider to buy a professional football team. However, as tempting as it was for the 54-year-old actor, he wants to get back at Reynolds by playing for the winning team.

While fans would be waiting for that day to come, this feud between these two is an interesting story. It all started with the Red Notice actor’s ex-wife, Scarlett Johansson.

During his conversation, The Greatest Showman actor threatened Reynolds to be good to Scarlett Johansson. Reynolds, being Reynolds, called Jackman out, and they started ribbing each other that way. While this was going on, The Proposal actor got famous for his character, Deadpool. 

While the 46-year-old actor frequently jokes about his fellow actor, Jackman also doesn’t stay behind. When Reynolds expressed his wish to perform one of the songs from his film Spirited at the Oscars 2023, Jackman urged fans not to validate him. However, the father of four also got back at him and thus, the feud continues.
