“I felt so guilty”- Ryan Reynolds Once Opened Up About His Initial Reaction To His and Jason Bateman’s R-Rated Drama ‘The Change Up’

Ryan Reynolds sure had quite an adventure on the sets of his movie The Change Up. He and Jason Bateman came as a triple threat for the comedy flick. The 2011 movie may not have fared the best with critics, but it was full of comedic scenes and sequences. However, it was not short of any steamy scenes as well.

If the audience is having a good time laughing at the scene, it only makes one wonder how hilarious it must be for the cast and crew to shoot a comedy movie. Ryan Reynolds opened up about his experience of shooting and reading the movie’s script during an interview.

How Ryan Reynolds managed to shoot a steamy scene with Olivia Wilde

While Ryan Reynolds has made a career out of his comedic roles, even he reacted hilariously upon reading the film’s script. During an interview, Reynolds was asked how he felt upon reading the movie’s script. Reynolds explained that when he read about the movie’s premise, he did not react much. But he was told that the writers of Hangover would be writing this movie. Hence he was advised to read the entire script.

The actor was in New Orleans when he read the script. He described it as, “I was weeping, laughing, and I felt so guilty because I was like, this premises so preposterous.” But then Ryan Reynolds kept reading the entire thing and eventually called the comedy headquarters in Los Angeles and also got to know that Bateman was on board with the project. While we saw the duo work on the big screen, they have also been friends as well, and their onscreen chemistry was proof of that.
