Adam Sandler is currently worth $420 million! He is one of the most bankable stars in Hollywood. The actor easily demands a paycheck of $20 million per movie and also gets a cut from the gross profits. However, despite that, he’s still not the richest actor on the planet.

Realizing Sandler’s potential, Netflix signed a deal with the actor and his production house, Happy Madison Productions for $250 million in 2014. The actor brought his classic brand of comedy and family entertainers to the platform. The Ridiculous 6 was the first picture to come out of the deal. Soon after The Do-Over, Sandy Wexler, The Week Of,  and Murder Mystery followed. Murder Mystery with Jennifer Aniston did exceedingly well. It was the most-watched film in 2019. Overall, even though Sandler’s movies didn’t get the best of reviews, they were still streamed for over 500 million hours. The deal proved lucrative for both the parties and they agreed to extend the deal in 2020.
