Antoine Fuqua reveals a peculiar thing about Will Smith

As we all know, Emancipation is the only Will Smith film the audience will be watching this year. The Apple TV+ project follows the story of a slave who escapes slavery. He journeys north as he survives the unforgiving swamps of Louisiana.

As Smith is gearing up for the film, director Antoine Fuqua made a major revelation about the actor. Fuqua revealed that Smith gave extra money to the actors who are playing dead bodies in the film. He added, “We had certain extras that were the dead bodies in the graves, and he would go give them money for laying there in that heat over 100 degrees.

Previously Antoine even admitted how, unlike other projects, Emancipation was never affected by the actor’s Oscar incident. Furthermore, Fuqua added how the Men In Black actor is the nicest person he has ever met.
