Ryan Reynolds had to “dance” when smuggling something across the border
Some time ago, Ryan Reynolds was caught smuggling pies across the borders of Canada. It all began with the actors telling Norton how big of a foodie Blake Lively is. Once the couple was in Canada, and he took his wife to this bakery that sells apple pies. Apparently, she loved these apple pies, which are from the shop that is in Vancouver. The actor has been buying pies from this shop for a very long time. So the couple went to the shop, bought some pies, and they were heading back to the States.
Now, according to the law, it is illegal to take vegetables and fruits across the border. So, the couple eventually reaches the border crossing and as Ryan said, there was a guy at the checking point who immediately knew that something was off. The Deadpool actor also mentioned that he cannot lie and makes the worst pawn faces when caught. Not just that, but his voice also gets very high-pitched when he lies.

So when asked about whether he was carrying any fruits or vegetables in the car, Reynolds said in his high-pitched lying voice, “Nooo.” The guy immediately knew something was wrong. Luckily, he recognized the actor from the film, Just Friends. Apparently, the 45-year-old actor sang a song in the film called “I swear by all for one,” and the guy demanded him to perform it. “Basically, he was saying ‘Dance monkey’,” said the Free Guy actor.
The best part is, he did it. And that is how he got to carry those pies to the states.
