What is Mo on Netflix about?
Mo Najjar straddles the line between two cultures, three languages, and a ton of foolishness as a Palestinian refugee constantly living one step away from the asylum on the path to U.S. citizenship. Mohammed “Mo” Mustafa Amer is the creator and the lead character of the show. The show is loosely based on his own experience growing up as a Palestinian refugee. Teresa Ruiz, Farah Bsieso, Omar Elba, Tobe Nwigwe are the cast members.

Mohammed Amer is an American stand-up comedian. He is best known for his Netflix comedy special Mo Amer: The Vagabond. The show, which is based on his own experiences and created by him, as well makes the show more authentic. He is the main character and the representative of his community. Therefore, his acting in the series is more natural rather than artificial. It seems effortless.
