HBO Max has given the green light to a two-part supernatural romance special titled B-Loved, starring Peyton List (Cobra Kai). On Valentine’s Day 2023, HBO Max will premiere the two-part event. Cesar Vitale, a Black List Nicholl Fellowship recipient, wrote B-Loved, which will be directed by Emily Ting (Tall Girl 2).
What is the show about?
The two-part special revolves around Bea, a free-spirited adolescent ghost played by List. Cole and Bea create a particular friendship when Cole moves to town and into the house where Bea has lived in for the past 100 years, owing to a magical ring that allows Cole to see Bea. They’ll learn what it means to be alive again as well as what it means to let that go together.
What does List have to say about her new show?
Peyton List, who skilfully plays Tory Nichols in Cobra Kai, seems to be very excited about her new role. She feels the role will add the much-needed variety to her career she needs.
In a press release for the show, she said, “I’ve played a lot of amazing characters and really grown with them over the years. I’m looking forward to adding clever ghost girl from the 1920s.”
