Meghan Markle deeply reflects on her podcast Archetypes

Speaking to Variety on their YouTube channel, Meghan Markle revealed that with her podcast she attempts to dissect and unbox the labels that define women as a one-note human beings. The 41-year-old wants the women to expect themselves the way they are, as it is completely okay to be multifaceted human beings. She further admitted that, though she has fun with her guests, it is difficult to dig deeper.

However, her children, Archie and Lilibet, are the ones who provide the much-needed strength to Meghan to carry out all the heavy conversations and present a vulnerable side to the world. The Duchess also hailed the meaningful conversations as the game changer.

I think in moments of challenge or when you’re trying to dig deeper into these conversations, it can be very heavy. Part of what I find a lot of strength or faith in, it’s looking at my kids. I think recognizing that everything is temporary to really just enjoy what time we have here and what we’re doing with that time is a game changer,” Meghan said in the video.
