Musk is said to have been busy planning the township through meetings with builders and agents. The employees involved are apparently keeping things under wraps as much as possible. Meanwhile, here is how he seeks help from his friend West and former girlfriend Grimes.

West has built his credibility as an architectural designer. His minimalistic Calabasas home with the Kardashian, especially the bathroom was an absolute rave. The architecture of Donda school, which had the help of his new wife Bianca Censori was also a hit. He had a dream to build an Eco Village and a Children’s Ranch to have a safe space for mothers and children and would have dome-like structures.

The CEO purchased the land by the Colorado river outside of Texas after moving his base from California. It would have his employees staying close to SpaceX and Boring Co. facilities, allowing the entrepreneur to have more control over things. He himself will have his luxury abode at a distance from the township.

So far, both the employees and the land sellers have been tight-lipped about the plans as a result of non-disclosure agreements. We will see whether the project proceeds and whether he collaborates with Ye again.
