Elizabeth Olsen became one of the biggest players of the MCU when she debuted as Wanda Maximoff in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Instantly becoming a fan-favorite, she played a significant role in the narrative eventually getting her own show Wanda Vision. She reprised her role again in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, however, this time her character took a dark turn. The movie’s final moments confirmed her sacrifice. But the fans know that in the world of Superheroes, nobody stays dead for long if the writers want it! During a Q&A at the Comedy Con 2023, the actress revealed her thoughts on the future of the character and in doing so made some major revelations.

The youngest of the Olsen twins admitted that she wants Marvel to bring back Scarlet Witch. But she refused to give further information stating that she doesn’t want to spoil anything. However, she informed the fans that Kevin Feige cares about what the actors want. 

“Well, honestly, if I were to tell you exactly what I would want, I think I would be spoiling something. Because Kevin Feige genuinely asks us what we want to do with the character and then he does it,” she confessed.

Even though Wanda’s status is up in the air at the moment, there are rumors that the actress may appear in Agatha: Coven of Chaos. It makes sense considering Agatha is a Wanda Vision spinoff. The writers can also make the fans wait longer and drop in a surprise for the fans in Avengers: Secret Wars or Avengers: Kang Dynasty! Olsen may show up in X-Men reboot as well since she had previously expressed her wish to be a part of the mutants. And her character does show up a lot in the aforementioned comic.
