It is obvious that fans are eagerly waiting for season 4 of Stranger Things. However, since the Duffer Brothers hinted at a spinoff, fans have been abuzz. Indeed they have planned something for the spinoff and have an idea of what to present, but no one among the cast and definitely none of the fans know what the new show would be about. Even Netflix has no clue because the brother haven’t written the idea down or presented it. However, the proposed spinoff has not just left fans excited but also clearly proved that Finn Wolfhard is the smart cast member of the show.

Here’s how Finn Wolfhard proved to be the smartest

While announcing the delay in the release of season 4, the Stranger Things creators The Duffer Brothers talked about how they are planning to tell a different story after Eleven and her loved ones’ stories conclude. “We do have an idea for a spinoff that we’re super excited about … but we haven’t told anyone the idea yet, much less written it,” wrote the Duffer Brothers in an email interview. They think the new spinoff is going to surprise everyone, including Netflix because of how different it is from the Netflix Original.

Thus, it makes sense that show creators haven’t shared the idea with any one else. But Finn Wolfhard is smart enough to guess the spinoff’s potential plot correctly. “...somehow Finn Wolfhard — who is one crazy smart kid — correctly guessed what it was going to be about,” shared the Duffer Brothers.

So, what can fans expect from the spinoff?

Well, as much as we would love to know more about the news that The Duffer Brothers just gave us; they said that it is surely something that they are still working on. They said that there is more to the stories of each character and the place that they have shown till now. So, maybe we can expect a previously unexplored character to be at the center of the show?

Regardless of the plot, we can surely expect to be surprise as a statement from the creator duo stated the new show will focus on “new mysteries, new adventures, new unexpected heroes”. Well, that has surely left us fans in anticipation and excited but Finn must be at ease, knowing exactly what’s to follow next.
