The second annual Vogue World, which kicks off London Fashion Week, is underway. And popular stars across the world have been turning heads with their dazzling red carpet looks! To top it off, Bridgerton fame, Simone Ashley also joined the event!

Although the 28-year-old actress failed to receive the title of “diamond of the season” in the popular Netflix series’ season 2, she made sure to sparkle off-screen. Recently, her stunning look from Vogue World London took everyone’s breath away!

Ashley, who rose to fame with the 2022 installment of Chris Van Dusen’s Bridgerton, garnered a lot of following in a year. Apart from her intriguing character, Kate Sharma, Ashley, captivated fans with her impeccable sense of fashion. And her white pearl embroidered halter gown is a testament to her fashion flair. For the London event, the actress took the aid of Tamara Ralph Couture, which is a go-to brand for luxurious womenswear in Paris.

The beaded mesh dress with sparkly beaded trim accentuated her elongated legs, making her stand out at the event. The British actress further chose to ditch accessories and went for nude matte makeup with soft smoky eyes. Thanks to Alex Babsky, Simone’s minimalist cosmetic ensemble perfectly complemented her glamorous outfit. She finished her look with pin-straight hair and slicked it back behind her ears, making her look like a fairy-tale princess.

While the star is creating a buzz with her style, she will not be making a comeback to the popular Netflix series this year. 

Simone Ashley absent from the upcoming teen comedy

Soon after the trailer of Bridgeton, season 2 came out, fans started wondering where they had seen the actress before. They were quick to realize that she was the same actress who worked in Sex Education as Olivia Hanan. While fans are eagerly anticipating the release of the final installment of the British teen sex comedy, they also expressed their disappointment at not seeing some of the regulars, including Ashley. 

In an interview with Good Morning Britain, the actress revealed that she will not be coming back to the British LGBT Award-Winning series as she is a “Bridgerton gal” now. The Guilt actress also revealed she would be appearing as “the head of household” in the upcoming Bridgerton season. However, there was an overwhelming online response from fans who had been waiting for two years to see the iconic love triangle between Otis, Maeve, and Ruby conclude. It is safe to say that Sex Education has a fair chance of becoming the top-rated series of 2023.
