Arnold Schwarzenegger does not cease to be a source of inspiration. Instead of retiring, he started his own newsletter at 75. The actor had humble beginnings, coming to the US as an immigrant. He went on to win bodybuilding competitions, starred in successful movies, became a successful politician. Now he is spreading his knowledge through newsletters. But how does one achieve so much in a lifetime, while being well-loved?

The key to it is often discipline and consistency. But the expert himself has now given an insight into how he achieves it all. With these five steps, he challenged his readers to inculcate habits that helped him where he is today.

The Terminator actor began his own newsletter to share tips on fitness, health, and life in general to share his knowledge. In the latest newsletter, he shared the five rules that he wants his reader to get used to. The rules included: Have a clear vision, Always think big, Ignoring the ones who discourage you, work hard, and give back to the community and the world instead of just taking things.

As per Sportskeeda, Schwarzenegger even challenged his readers with a weekend homework to try and inculcate these habits in life. He not only wants them to try to see the difference, but spot things that are keeping them from achieving these goals. While most of his newsletters talk on this line, he wants his fans to actually act on it after months of reading.

Now, the actor could have easily minted money off by starting a show and make episodes out of it, but instead chose to provide free newsletters through subscriptions so people can have easy access.
