The Terminator actor has had several workout plans over the years for fitness freaks like him. However, his most popular and effective was Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Blueprint to Cut. The intense workout plan with short rest periods helps to sculpt muscles and create muscles where you cannot even see. It is an 8 weeks workout program divided into two phases.
