Although Archetypes have come to an end, controversies regarding them have not. In fact, it would not be incorrect of us to say that this time, there has been the most speculation about the podcast in its total lifespan, upon its closure. Starting from the media-provoking cryptic statements by Meghan Markle, to affirmations made by her guests like Andy Cohen, Archetypes have been breaching top headlines ever since Tuesday. 

Meghan Markle had some major public figures like The Daily Show‘s Trevor Noah and Andy Cohen of Bravo TV. In the great cultural conversation, they had some intellectual exchanges about their main agenda. In fact, they also discussed the great influential shows that these brilliant men have been hosting. Although it seemed like a perfect closure to the podcast, things have become a bit too twisted after its conclusion. 

Andy Cohen opens up about his interaction with Meghan Markle

Apart from her session, what has been adding to the outside noise, is Andy Cohen’s confessions about the platform in his own show. After having a pleasant conversation with the Duchess, Cohen made some striking remarks about Markle just the following day. The Wednesday episode of the SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live revealed how he felt “awkward” after Markle had introduced him in the session.

In the podcast, Markle insisted that she and Cohen have met twice before. Although the Real Housewives host did not seem to remember it, Markle pressed hard on reminding of the same. In his Wednesday episode, Cohen confessed that “she (Meghan Markle) was gleeful in telling me…”.  However, that just made him feel worse, he added, remembering how the host had denied Markle an appearance in his WWHL IN 2015. 

Cohen confessed how refusing Markle to be an official guest in his talk was “the biggest blunder in the 13 years of the show“. Admitting to his mistake, Cohen says he totally understands why Markle would throw that at his face. Cohen and Noah have reportedly made the cut to be two of the three men to be on Markle’s platform. With them, season 1 of Archetypes has officially concluded. More updates of the same have also surfaced regarding a doubtful yet possible season 2.
