Andrew Tate’s ‘The Matrix’ Claims Sends Fans into Frenzy as His Release Sees a Major Connection to the Film
Andrew Tate has finally been released from a Romanian jail, but that is strangely connected to The Matrix. The social media star who is mostly making headlines for his action and statements got in some deep trouble recently. The social media personality was locked up in jail since December of last year, with his team consistently trying to get him out. After spending months in lockup, the accused entertainer was released from prison on 31st March 2023.
Now, the internet being its hilarious self, has made a connection between Tate’s release and The Matrix. The reason being his release date was the same as the movie’s release date on 31st March 1999. Although it is to be noted that the court has put them under house arrest for at least 30 days now. It still came as a relief to the family, especially considering the seriousness of the crime they have accused him and his brother Tristan of.

The influencer had been living in Romania for the last few years, and accusations against him slowly started to build up. Several women accused him and his brother of luring them into s*x trafficking and forcing them into continuing. Police were on a hunt for the accused under charges of assault, rape, and sex trafficking for some time.
But being the entertainer that he is, the news of his release hit the internet. Comments erupted into memes as they reacted to his release and comparison being made to the Keanu Reeves starrer.

A commentator believes that the similarity in dates is no coincidence. But not everyone agrees, of course, as one comment mocked the influencer’s theory.

Tate’s social media account would keep making references to The Matrix movie ever since his arrest. He states that the world from the movie is real, and how capitalism influences and controlling agents are taking revenge against him for speaking out against them. Fellow influencer, Logan Paul, also joined in on the mystical references.
