Ye’s “White Lives Matter” t-shirt kicked the controversies up a notch, dragging new names into the game. The rapper met with Gabriella Karefa-Johnson soon after a disagreement over his shirt broke out. Reports say Kanye West unleashed blatant criticism at the Vogue editor following her remarks at him at his catwalk event. 

As a result, new supporters from Gabriella’s front have joined forces as the rift over the hate slogan drives deeper. While names like Gigi Hadid and Hailey Bieber went up in support of the fashion editor, Ye is nowhere near stepping back. The Donda rapper instead made them the subject of mockery on his social media handles, calling out Justin.

After West lashed out at Karefa-Johnson, a renowned fashion model and a friend of hers, Gigi Hadid entered the controversial waters to back Gabriella. No sooner did Gigi quip in her support than close friend Hailey Bieber also took to Instagram to bolster up her associates. As news reports flashed on the internet over the same, Kanye took a screengrab of an article and called out Justin with a troll caption.

The Rhode Skin founder on Tuesday wrote a few words of comfort for Gabriella saying, “My respect for you runs deep my friend!”. She further added on her Instagram stories that “to know you is to adore you and to work with you is an honor. the most kind. the most talented. the most fun. the most chic”. Kanye reportedly took this as a direct shot and did not wait to retaliate further. 

However, Justin Bieber has made no public reactions or comments over the said matter. The megastar has chosen to keep feuds at bay while maintaining a complete silence even after West made his provoking move. In a separate post, Ye took another dig at the Biebers, asking the Let Me Love You singer to keep his wife in check. Time will tell how this drama will unfold in the coming days.
